High Protein Chicken Patties
You guys, these are SO quick to make! They’re loaded with protein from the canned chicken to the eggs. You could even switch out the mayonnaise for cottage cheese for that added protein. I’ve eaten these for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They work with any meal time!

High Protein Chicken Patties

Ingredients
- 2 Cans Kirkland Precooked Chicken (or use precooked shredded chicken breasts)
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup Einkorn or GF flour
- 1/2 Tbsp Dill
- 1 Tbsp Parsley
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Lemon zest (1 tsp)
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Mix together and place 1/3 cups in pre-heated cast iron. Cook several minutes per side until golden brown. Enjoy! If you want thin & crispy chicken patties, then do 1/4 cup into a pre-heated cast iron. The thinner you make them, the crispier they get!
