Delicious + Easy, that's the only way I like to cook as a mom of four. These buffalo + butter chicken wings are simple + easy to make in the air fryer!
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken wings
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3/4 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce (for tossing sauce)
- 1 cup Butter, Melted (for tossing sauce)
- Ranch dressing (for serving)
Instructions
- Prep your chicken wings at least an hour before cooking. Pat until very dry, then toss with olive oil and seasonings. Let sit on a rack in the fridge. You want the wings dry for cooking, for that extra crisp.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400. Once preheated, spray with oil. Add chicken wings without them touching.
- Cook for 15 minutes at 400 and then flip to cook for another 15 minutes at 400. You can add 10 more minutes if you need more crisp. Make sure they're cooked to at least 165 Fahrenheit (use a probe to check).
- Take out the air fryer when done and toss with buffalo sauce + butter.
- Serve with ranch dressing and enjoy!
